Phoned yesterday to discuss my bill. I was told I would get a phone call by a supervisor in 24 hours, no call received. I am new with enbridge and I am disappointed with the lack of customer service and high rates.

I can honestly say I have never seen such incompetent and rude people in my entire life. I have owned my house for more than two years and I have been over charged every month due to an error at their end. My house is about 750 S.F. and my last bill was about $1,200.00. The meter serial number and usage do not match what is on my invoices yet they are very slow to correct their mistake.

Worst experience ever! I wish I could give zero stars. I got mail saying I had to change my gas meter and when I did I got a safety B violation because my gas pipe needed to be painted. I did just that on the exact same day and now Im afraid they are going to turn off my gas access. They are demanding to get a certified gas technician to see if I painted my gas pipe right and I called one company and they said this is ridiculous, so many people are complaining about this company. This company does not explain anything clear and I wish I never changed my gas meter!
