One of the best Eyewear related experiences I've ever had. I called the front desk ten minutes before closing on a Monday- and the secretary was shockingly still very polite and got me in the office two days later. The eye exam and assessment by Dr.Laba was very helpful and informative. A joyful and energetic doctor, I was shown my xrays and had my old prescription corrected (done too strong by another doctor). She paid close attention to my needs and questions, and made her expertise fully available- it was worth every dollar! The purchase of my glasses could also have not gone any smoother. Another associate helped me- same bright attitude, same professionalism. She was involved in my search and gave me several fashion recommendations according to my budget. She watched patiently as I tried different frames, and as I consulted with my girlfriend on a video call. She also provided pricing options and discounts available to me as a student! I'm very happy with what I ended up paying for my glasses. There are medical offices that drag you in and kick you out as fast as they can- but this is one of the most stellar customer experiences from START to FINISH. If you have insurance available, I encourage you to try Dr.Alice Saad-Laba's office. I will surely be back as I reminisce of how I was treated here. Thank you, Dr.Saad-Laba & Associates!

Best Optometrist in Windsor I was amazed at how friendly the staff is and how smoothly everything went. Dr.Alice was excellent as well. She explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. Overall a 10/10 experience & I would recommend Dr. Alice to anyone who needs to see an Optometrist.
