Great experience! Staff were very helpful and patient while I was deciding on frames and lenses. Cat. was wonderful to work with. She listened to my thoughts and was honest in giving her opinion. Great asset to the organization. Payam took the time to explain the different types of lenses and measuring the frames I selected for the lenses. I have never had such a positive experience from beginning to end! Thank so much.

Sophia was very helpful and patient helping me pick reading glasses, she pulled out inventory and spent a good 15 minutes helping me while juggling some other customers. The staff was very nice and accommodating, I will be coming back here for my sun glasses!

Kat helped me to fix my glasses on Victoria Day when everywhere else in the city was closed. I wasn't charged, and she even gave me a free case when I mentioned that the zipper on mine had fallen off. Fantastic and very friendly service.
