I reached out to the office of Greg Monforton & Partners (highly recommended by my close friend) for some info regarding my medical negligence situation. First off, not once I had to hold phone more than a minute, always someone there to answer, very polite courteous staff, easy smooth process to explain what is going on and what my options are. All this, despite the fact that I am not retaining this office as my representative. Recommendation provided for another rep which is more suitable to my situation. Kudos to Sarah Roman, Isabella Di Blasi and few others for their passionate communication skills. Well done!

I was a pedestrian that was struck and ran over by a vehicle in the early 2000's. I went to consult with Greg monforton about my accident. There was a new associate with him during my consult. (A young pretty girl). I had a few alcoholic drinks the day of my accident. My injuries were : 8 broken ribs, broken pelvis, 2 collapsed lungs, punctured kidney, ruptured spleen, numerous contusions, and I still have ongoing heart problems which may require open heart surgery. I fought for my live in the i.c.u. for a month and almost died twice in hospital. I was a full grown man down to 115lbs when I went to see Greg. After telling Greg and the associate my story I was told I was an alcoholic and would never be anything more than an alcoholic looking for a handout. These are the exact words that he used. I am pretty sure he was trying to play big shot for the young girl . You should have seen the look on her face. (Discusted look). I thoroughly regret not reaching out and punching him in his face. I see the greg monforton add on you tube a lot lately. Makes me sick to my stomach every time I see it. This is why my review is 20+ years later. There should be a "0" star option to review people like him. I am not an alcoholic. I do drink, just not very often. Probably less than you, Greg. I did receive a call from another lawyer at the firm a few days later. He wanted to take my case. I explained to him how I was treated and told him that I will be going to a different law firm that knows how to treat people in their time of need. I would be more than happy to hear how Greg would describe my consultation. I would actually love to hear how that would be worded in lawyer jargon. The law firm I did use was more than respectful and was substantially cheaper.
