Rens is by far my favourite pet store. The staff is super friendly and always make me and my cats feel welcome. They answer any questions I have and are fairly knowledgeable, even if they dont know the answer they will help me look it up or help point me in the right direction. They often have really good sales and deals as well. I love that they give my cats treats when they come in like they do with dogs because most pet stores dont have that option available

I reviewed this store previously when it opened but did not write a recommendation. Just wanted to acknowldge the manager of the store "Michelle". My cat GarGar was very sick with IBD. I was desperate for any help as it was difficult to get access to vet while some covid restrictions still in place. She directed me to try a noveaux diet and that wet food was often better for IBD. Suggested Rabbit and a brand. I credit the last 5 months I had with my little GarGar to Michelle. Thanks Rens !
