Consistent poor service since December. After failing to fax a refill in for me after I specifically requested that to be done, when I asked why it wasn't faxed I was told "the pharmacist had personal issues and left early so she forgot". This resulted in 4 days without a daily, needed medication. Since then when I call for refills and I give my name, I have been treated differently. When I called for a refill this week and asked to have it filled the same day I was asked if I had any, and I said no and thats why I needed it that day. I was then put on hold and when the assistant came back she asked me to wait until Friday because she needed to make sure she had enough for someone else who might need it. When I pointed out that it was unfair to ask me to wait an additional 2 days, so that they could have some in case another patient needed it, and essentially that was stating that another patient's possible need was more important than my immediate need. Then they told me it was a busy pharmacy and people makes mistakes. Between this, the multiple times they've told me a prescription would be ready in a certain time frame and when I've arrived it hasn't been ready, and the fact that they mocked me and said "you're insulted by that?" And "ya, I had personal problems, do you want me to apologize for that?" And ignoring the fact that her mistake caused me 4 days of phtsical withdrawals because she was too distracted to do her job. I honestly have never had a worse experience at a pharmacy, and I've made sure I never have to again.
