I recently transferred my medications from Shoppers Drug Mart to Ottawa Street Pharmacy and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. They took the time to understand my medical history and made sure I had all the information I needed about my medications. I had muscle pain from few months and pharmacist told me that it could be the side effect of one of my medication and faxed my doctor about it. The medication was changed eventually and drastically reduce my muscle pain. What really stood out to me was how much the staff at Ottawa Street Pharmacy cares about their customers. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my new medications and even followed up with me to see how I was doing. It's clear that they truly value their customers and want to ensure they receive the best possible care. Overall, I would highly recommend Ottawa Street Pharmacy to anyone in need of medication services. Their exceptional customer service and care make them stand out above the rest.
