The service that I receive from Dr. De Santis is excellent. He and his staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. He explains everything to me in a very clear manner and he is always so thorough and kind. I appreciate all the time he spends listening to me, explaining things and going over the diagnosis clearly. Its rare to find a doctor who combines such personal touches and care for a patient. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends. His outstanding quality of medical care does not go unnoticed.

As a new patient of Dr. Craig, I am very impressed. He is thorough and attentive, as well as understanding. Its refreshing to have a doctor who focuses on the patient and is dedicated to actually helping people with their problems. The reception/ admin team is also great, very friendly, helpful and excellent communication skills. All of my appointments have been on time with less than a ten minute wait- truly impressive. Keep up the awesome work, Dr Craig and Team!
