Piccolo's Pizza and Pasta House

Staff is nice, food was excellent. Service was quicker this time than I anticipated. Spent our Anniversary here, my wife and I enjoyed it very much. Parking: Attached free parking, probably a dozen spots.

tried this place twice. the most recent time we just got the garlic bite things for takeout. they told us 20 minutes so we went there and waited inside for another 30 minutes. we were asked twice if we had been helped yet (both times said yes waiting for takeout), after 30 minutes we went to the counter and asked what was happening and the girl went in the back and came out with our coke order and said oh they were just sitting here this whole time haha. like at least lie about it lol we just sat around waiting for almost an hour start to finish. then charged full price and didnt offer to remake the order or anything. first time my fianc ordered 4 cheese gnocchi. they brought out ravioli and when we said that he ordered gnocchi the waiter said i thought you meant ravioli because we dont have 4 cheese gnocchi, just cheese gnocchi. the ravioli ended up being good but as a server youd think he wouldve clarified before just making the decision to order something else. i ordered fettuccine alfredo and it was so bland we brought it home and seasoned it ourselves.
