        I had to take care of a warranty replacement for pump and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Communication was excellent, I didn't have to call to get an update throughout the entire process. Customer service was amazing.

        I had previously called 2 times asking for a specific item I needed for a compression fitting and the gentleman asked me to bring in the piece so they could help me. When I walked in this morning the counter was full of employees all eager to help me. You never see actively workers willing to help any more. Emco was very helpful even though they didnt carry the part I was looking for. They gave me suggestions as to how to solve my issue. They should teach other businesses customer service etiquette. Thanks everyone !
