I had an incredible experience with this company. From the very beginning, the landlord was amazing and made sure that everything was taken care of. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, they were always there to help and were extremely responsive. The maintenance team is also top-notch. They are extremely friendly and any time I had an issue, they were there almost immediate to address it. My unit is also one of the best I've ever lived in. It's clear that the management puts a lot of effort into maintaining the property. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great place to live. The landlord is fantastic, the maintenance team is incredible, and the unit is one of the best in the city. Thank you so much for making my living experience so wonderful! I really appreciate you guys, thank you for everything.

They are scammers. They take your money in the name of application process and stop taking calls and replying.

My family lived at an apartment for over two years run by MV management and really enjoyed it. When I first moved in I was a little sceptical of the location but over a little bit of time I didnt feel that way anymore. The people who lived in the building were so nice, youd never know we were living in a rough neighborhood. My husband and myself became the superintendents and always had great experiences working with Mike to further making the building a great place to live for everyone. If we ever move back to Ontario Mike will be one of the first people we tell because we know we will want to work with him again.

Great management team! I have a commercial space in one of their properties and it's been a great experience. Very responsive with any issues and have worked with me to ensure that my space is secure and in good shape!
