Happy with our new railings.

I ordered front porch railings and was told they would be ready in 3 weeks. I gave a down payment and he did not get back to me for two months. By the time he had them ready it was already winter and difficult to install. He offered no assistance and we had to install alone. Less than a year later the railing came apart on the bottom at the end of summer and when I contacted him he told it would cost 150$ + tax for him to repair his work. This is the worst service I have ever had. I do not recommend anyone get their railings done by this man. He clearly does not stand behind his work and cares only for making mo way off his poor workmanship.

Quality products and great service! Very surprised to see the other reviews - Our experience with Ironex was top notch. Had a railing and two gates installed, built to our specifications despite some tricky areas. Love that it's rust-free too. We've already gotten many compliments. Would definitely go with Ironex again.

Don't bother going there for any parts or repair pieces for fixing an existing fence they will not help you at all and are kinda rude about it.
