Marco got us our first house. We never thought it will be so easy search, before we met him. Also he goes above and beyond to help us since this is our first experience, with any new issues after the house purchase.

As first time home buyers we were very stressed about the process and finding a house in our budget that suited our needs. Marco not only eased all of our worries but ensured we were enjoying our search. He let us know whenever there was a house available in our budget and was always available for a walk through. If it weren't for Marco we wouldn't have found the house were in now. We are truly so thankful for the hard work and dedication Marco possesses because it has allowed us to find our dream home. Marco also didn't settle for anything less than perfect. This was very important to us. We didn't feel like Marco's "clients" we truly felt like his friends. He cared about the house we were getting and ensured we were satisfied. He never rushed or forced us into a decision and he was very truthful when we were looking at houses which we appreciated very much .Marco also has a lot of connections and is very knowledgeable. This has already helped us greatly and I'm sure it will continue to help in the future. Marco is also very personable and we got along great with him. Due to this being our first home our families were very involved and Marco included them every step of the way ensuring everyone was on board. We don't think we would have been as lucky as we were if it weren't for Marco and we don't think we would've enjoyed the process as much if it weren't for his outgoing, funny, and kind personality. We would recommend Marco to anyone and we plan on using him for ALL of our real estate needs in the future.

I wanted to take a moment to give a long overdue review for Marco Sperduti. If you are looking for a real estate agent who will do more than walk you through some houses and tell you what they cost - Marco is the professional you need to talk to. Case in point, my recent home office reno. When we walked through this property, the space in the before picture (left) was a vanity area off the bedroom that was in many peoples view wasted space, knowing I was going to be working from home permanently- Marco immediately saw this as a possible office area. With a little bit of work and a very low cost we transformed the wasted space into a perfect spot, away from the busy areas of the house for me to get my work done. Having never had a dedicated work area I didnt know how much of an impact it would have on my work but it has been a game changer. This is one of many possibilities that Marco was able to see as we were looking for our new home. His ability to see beyond what is there and work this into the price you are paying is an art that he truly has perfected. If you are in need of a realtor that you can put your trust in. Very professional and honest. Marco was clear and upfront, offering quick, informative answers, to ANY questions we had. It was smooth sailing from day one with Marco helping us purchase our new home, as well as selling our current home. Highly recommend!
