Very responsive to initial inquiry and was available to come to our home for a quote right away (they printed up our quote on site in real time which was also nice). We got 6 quotes total from all the top-rated roofing companies in the Windsor-Essex area, and Elite was the best priced for the products and services we wanted. We went with high quality Landmark Pro shingles and a full synthetic underlay (some other quotes for the same products were upwards of $6500 more). Once our contract was signed the crew began within two weeks, and they were done in two days. We were very impressed with their efficiency, as we have quite a large roof! The crew was professional and personable and very kind. Our only concern was the quote included a metal detection sweep for nails in the yard, and I asked for a second sweep, as I was concerned for our dog. The following day, we did our own sweep and found almost 100 nails and some type of exacto blade in our backyard. I'm very happy we did our own sweep, and understand that there is always going to be the risk of missing some. Overall, the work was done efficiently and the crew was great. Matt from Elite was very professional and responsive. He explained everything to me. He did some follow up calls with me while I was waiting for other quotes. He was not pushy and was patient as I explained that I needed additional quotes. I was not happy with the other quotes for numerous reasons, and so was pleased to give my business to Elite, Matt and his crew. I called 3 companies for estimates. 1 company never showed, the second did a drive by , never met the guy and he gave me a quote via email. And the 3rd estimate, Dan from Elite personally came to my house at my convenience, met with him, addressed my issues and he gave me a quote right on the spot. His team came a couple of days later, completed the work, his team was very professionally and cleaned up without a trace of debris left behind. I would definitely recommend Elite for your roofing needs.
