A+. I had a pencil eraser-top sized red dot on the outside area of my nose between my nostril and bridge. I think it was a popped capillary from squeezing the area a little too hard. Basically, looked like a reddish dot/zit on my nose, maybe just beneath the skin/flush with the level of my nose. I put off getting anything done with it for a year and a half. On a whim, I made contact here, and made an appointment next day. In less than an hour, and just a few minutes on the laser, the doc said it should be fixed. Sure enough, about 6 weeks later, the spot is basically entirely gone, and the area looks normal again! This has really helped restore my self confidence. I can't thank you enough for your services. I really think Lakeshore has a treat in that your knowledge and compassion are exceptional. I suggest the services of this company to anyone. THANKS!
