Never stepping foot here ever again! One roll tasted off, maybe the avo wasn't fresh . I asked to get it removed off the bill and manager literally came to our table full of rage and attitude and screamed at us, saying food IS fresh why did you eat 2 pieces then? Umm lady, Because there was 2 of us and we both tried it?! Like Relax we are not trash talking your food just asked kindly if it was possible to remove off the bill and if not then its okay. It is absolutely unacceptable to speak to a paying customer in that manner as the food industry 100% relys on customer service.. and they have NONE here. Apparently the manager is the owner of niko sushi branches. Yah you just lost 2 customers.

Really disappointed, last 2times we have gone there . The sushi rice wasnt good very heavy and mushy. We ordered 4 rolls , wine , salad. Left behind 75% of the meal . The waitress was amazing however they took our name and number to deal with the disappointment and the manager never followed up. We paid for the meal the was never eaten We normally love their sushi and take it home , we wanted nothing to do with it maybe ate 1 roll between the 2 of us the waitress took the rest to toss and said sorry Ill have the manager call you cuz she couldnt offer money off bill or a replacement for another time .. I truly dont complain often but things are expensive and if they dont have fresh food at the end of the night they should give a heads up. We couldve spent it on something edible :(.

We ordered the California roll here and it tasted off and had a weird aftertaste so we were unable to eat. When we let the waitress know the manager lady came to our table and started screaming at us. She seemed ready to fight.. Im shocked at the customer service here. I will definitely not be stepping foot in this location again. I have never been treated this way as a customer in my entire life. She doesnt seem to care about customers and that is the most important thing in this business. Please think again before deciding to come here.
