        We had carpet installed in December and have on going problems since. Communication in all forms was awful - emails, phone calls not returned by anyone - sales, manager etc. The carpet was installed incorrectly and opposite of what was agreed upon by the person who came to quote. Our credit card was charged without permission. Invoices were not provided for deposits and were made up afterwards with incorrect dates. We are currently still trying to resolve the issue and hoping that things are made right. We like to support local business in Windsor and havent ever had to write a bad review. I wouldnt want someone to end up in the same position as us.
