The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this clinic for any pre travel testing or vaccinations!

The staff was so kind and helpful. I was travelling internationally and they told me exactly what type of covid test I would need and what day I would need to book the appointment. I was nervous to travel during Covid but they made the whole process so easy for me by letting me know everything I would need and when I need it. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of a covid test for traveling.

I went for a PCR test last week from this horrible clinic. While I was sitting in my car, the assistant came out from the clinic, she told I just need a general PCR test according to the requirement from the country I planned to visit. According to the information I received from the travel country, I need a nasopharyngeal swab type of PCR. although she insisted I just need a general PCR. After I showed her the file information. She asked me to go into the clinic and wait for a doctor to conduct the nasopharyngeal swab. The female doctor DR Laing which did the nasopharyngeal swab to me had caused me extreme pain while she inserted the NOT EVEN LOOK LIKE A SWAB into one of my nostril. The instructment shaped like a very smal scoop that covered with cotton. The pain was unbearable. I had been had another one after this one. It's one caused minor discomfort and using the right swab. Obvously this clinic didnt use the right swab to conduct the nasopharyngeal type of PCR. I phoned the clinic in the evening to complain about the pain and improper type of swab for the nasopharyngeal PCR test that the female doctor used. The person from the clinic told me he would call me back the next day. But I never received any call back. DONT GO THIS CLINIC FOR Nasopharyngeal swab PCR unless you want to get extreme pain before you travel. My nose had some bleeding for the next 3 days. Very rude assistant as well, she told me the clinic doesnt do nasopharyngeal PCR, yet said it already charged, she told me she need to go back to the clinic to see my file informatio. After she came back out to my car, she changed what she said, told me I can get into the clinic and one of the doctor would do that nasopharyngeal PCR. They just wanted the money and dont care about the patient pain. I had a second nasopharngeal PCR done after this horrible first one. It just had discomfort but compare to the first one that done in this horrible clinic, it's hell on earth. This female doctor doesnt deserve a star at all, I just need to put at least a star to get this posted. Please beware of this clinic's practice. REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE : (NEW) I called the clinic the same day in the evening regarding the pain I had after the Nasopharyngeal PcR test, I was confirmed the doctor didn't use the right swab after I researched online or offline. Also, the instrument that she did for my test was not even a swab, it was a long scoop shaped covered with cotton and that confirmed my statement after I went for my second and third Nasopharyngeal PCR test with other doctors. After three days during my travel, I still had some tiny blood particles inside my nose that had PCR test done. The guy that on the phone (from your clinic) tried to make a fool out of me and disregard my concerns. He told me he would call me back the next day which he never did. Anyway, I just arrived back to Canada and I moved to another city. Good luck
