Im writing this as a third party, witnessing great customer service should always be commended. A customer had come in to the retailer to get a filter replaced on her Aerus Air purification unit, The representative looked a little surprised but did not give any indication that it was an issue, the catch was that the rep had never serviced this unit before, a quick call to Dawn and Mike at Aerus, (who were immediately responsive) helped step the rep. through all the issues that came up during the repair. It was ultimately refreshing to witness, a change from the call and wait approach, and most importantly, the effected customer was very happy with the speed and attention to detail. Keep up the good work.
