        I did the karma class with Gail last week and it was wonderful! I was the only one there so she was able to explain certain things to me and give one on one help where I needed it the most. Overall it was a very positive, peaceful vibe and I learned a lot from her from that class alone. I would highly recommend Windsor Yoga Club, and I know I will definitely be returning!
