        Visited EMI Auto for an oil change and fall tube up. Mechanic (Frank) did a real thorough inspection and explained what needed to be done. From past experiences I was expecting a list of 190 things to be fixed but instead I was told "here is what needs to be done" which turned out to be 2-3 things. Then I had to ask the hurtful question of "how much to fix the urgent issues" and as past experiences have taught me, I was expecting an astronomical number but the number Frank offered me was more than fair and most importantly affordable. The tweaks were made and I got my car back the same day! All in all a great car shop experience from start to finish.
