If you want to pay $8 for crushed ice this is your place to go. Franchisee is getting away with this, trying to make as much profit as possible. I dont blame the franchisee, the corporate office and district manager aren't doing their job of enforcing minimum quality standards. Good job chatime, famous avenue!!!!!

Went at 4pm and had no tapioca pearls or popping boba for drinks. No signage anywhere saying half their product was unavailable either so we waited in line for no reason.

Very very slow service with no acknowledgement or communication. Waited for 15 mins standing right in front of the til before anyone said anything to me. To top it off the washroom was not clean and seems to have mold growing around the base boards.
