Never seen RBC branch worse than this one, service very slow, they supposed to call back for an appointment, never called! Service was good few years ago, but now, avoid as much as possible

Amazing and fast service! The lovely Nancy helped me out and was very knowledgeable and kind while walking me through my first time completing my specific bank service request. I will come back for future services!

They all trying not to serve customers, 7 staffs serving 3 customers and there is a line up. one of them walked outside of the counter to clean her window screen, COVID is over! they must forgot their first priority is serving customers, don't just wait for your retirement. worst RBC branch ever, go somewhere else, let them enjoy their "working hours"

Extremely slow service and no sense of urgency as others have said. Line builds out the door and not a care in the world. Another incident, my 90 year old father wanted to make a withdraw, insert his card, put his pin then sat back down. She wanted him to re-input. He couldnt stand up and gave me his pin to help. She gave me a speech about not allowing me to put his pin for him. Despite the fact he waved her off telling her he was too tired to get up, she made him get up to re-enter the pin.
