        I opened cheging and bussiness acount in this branch I'm regret with it because they are always saying completed but always something missed I don't know how many times more I have to come back in this branch .

        The guy who attended to me just now (Alex) was so rude, I almost asked to speak with the manager. Exchanging words with me and arguing about how I have been doing a particular transaction. He even went to the extent of saying he has never seen me before. Like seriously?

        Booked an appointment for 1 pm and have been sitting here for 47 minutes (so far) being told there is no one here available to help me. The worst wait time Ive ever had at any CIBC. Will change locations. Edit: was finally helped after an hour wait and the appointment was 20 minutes total after getting in the office. Had been told at the 15 minute mark it would only be a few more minutes. Poor communication with customers.
