        Worse service ever! My husband and I went to open a USD account. We were told to wait, then 10 minutes later we were told that the agent had to go get a coffee at the Tim Horton's, then 5 minutes later we were asked to come back 1 hour later because they were going into a meeting... So much for prioritizing customers...
