Don't deal with abhijit bedi, the FA I had a meeting with him, and I was waiting in the reception. He ignored me, and let other people to meet him however he sent me a confirmation email and he doesn't care!! Keep away

The front staff is fine, nice people they where always curtious and did there best within their means my problem is with scotiabank itself amd one of this branches employee. The financial advisor isn't good at his job he's never in office it's impossible to set an appointment with him and when you walk in the branch he's usually standing around talking to people. I left this joke of a bank because after being a customer of almost 10 years they still held my paycheck and only gave me $200 as a release, when I complained they said I'd have to speak to the financial advisor in which I called and left messages for a period of at least 2 weeks when I went in to close my account he was standing there laughing and joking around with another employee. Now that I need a statement I called in scotiabank I held for more than an hour just for the representative to hang up on me. Scotiabank is a joke take your banking elsewhere...
