This has to be hands down the worst salon in Vaughan!!! Patricia is the biggest scammer ever!!! And most unprofessional person Ive ever encountered. She Advertised a promotion for beaded weft extensions 100% human hair and she installed synthetic hair. When my service was completed and she turned my chair I knew right away that what was put in my hair was not 100 percent human. I asked her to see the packaging that the hair came in. She refused to show me and said she didnt have the packaging!! Also to add the colour was completely off. She then proceeded to get aggressive yelling screaming waving scissors in my face!! I Asked her multiple times to back away from me which she did not. I have never experienced this level of customer service anywhere I have gone. All I can say is absolutely disgusting. The other 2 stylists that were there while this was going on stood there watching and did nothing at all. My sister, and 6 year niece who was terrified because of this womens behaviour and myself where locked in the salon as Patricia locked the doors and would not let us leave until the cops were called and she was told to open the salon doors!!
