I am a general contractor and put Royal siding on a home. The heat melted the siding and Royal has refused to stand behind their product. The local supplier (Lansing) replaced the siding out of their own pocket and I paid for the labor to replace it. It happened 3 weeks after initial instal. I have submitted claims for labor to replace their material that the supplier had to supply. That was 5 months ago and no response. I will never use Royal again. They will not stand behind their products or warranty and have lousy customer service.

My parents who are seniors bought royal siding almost 4 years ago, 2 years after it was on the house it started to fade, it took customer service almost a year to get back to her and they said it was a chemical spill, she had to send another sample which cost her $25 and they said now it was because she didn't wash the siding, it was 2 years old and started to get white spots on it! They refuse to fix the problem, good thing for social media because we will be letting everyone we know about the terrible customer service and the end result which was not replacing the siding, such a big company and no regard for anyone but yourselves, I would be embarrassed and ashamed!
