Just wanted to write a review to recognize Oleh and his fantastic work. Even though (due to unfortunate last minute circumstances), we couldn't go through with the deal, Oleh displayed stellar customer service and relationship building skills. He was always available to help out and give the necessary advice/recommendations...I would highly recommend Pffaf Leasing and Oleh to anyone looking to lease their next vehicle Update: Came back 9 months later and finally completed a deal...Oleh was yet again phenomenal

I will like to thank Pfaff leasing over the years with helping me purchase some of my dream cars. Most recently, I will like to recognize Oleh for his outstanding service. His wealth of knowledge of cars and the market place is truly invaluable. I can't thank him enough for his patience and attention. We must of scoured every Maserati in North America for sale over a 6 month period. There were vehicles I was ready to buy as I was getting impatient as summer was fast approaching. Oleh kept me in-check and said let's wait closer to Spring. We'll have more options. We did and found my dream Maserati GT MC Centennial. Most sales people would of pushed me to buy the 1st car to make the quick sale. However, Oleh was genuine that he wanted the best car for me. His honesty and professionalism has resulted in a client for life. Thank you, Oleh and Team Pfaff.
