Life in Harmony Counselling Services

I visited Life in Harmony for the first time recently and I'm very happy that I did. From the first step into their office, to the end of my appointment. Very warm receptionist, who made me feel comfortable, upon arrival and who assisted me earlier, choosing the appropriate therapist for me to meet, on the phone. My first meeting with the Therapist went very well, by the the end of the appointment, we had covered so much, I couldn't believe it! Thank you, thank you!

Unfortunately I didnt feel that my therapist, Lisa was the right fit for me and it didnt appear that she was culturally sensitive or aware. We also spent some time in sessions where she aired her frustrations with the front desk receptionist which wasnt appropriate. I was also paying more than what Is normal. Ive since found a culturally aware and trauma informed therapist elsewhere and Im very happy.

I went to see Sabrina Golchin to sort through some past traumas because I felt they were effecting my relationships both personally and professionally. It was so nice to feel heard and seen, Sabrina has a way of creating a space that allows you to be your most authentic self. So professional and warm at the same time, I highly recommend her and plan to have her as my go to therapist moving forward.
