Procopio Frank Dr

I need to share smth regarding the last time I had to see Dr. Fran; It was an emergency case, I was in a lot of pain and also my entire right side of my face was kind of numbed; I was in tears when I need help quickly! Carla and Lucia ( these 2 jewel ladies) helped me to see Dr. Frank in 1 hour; He checked all my issues, x-ray's few tooth, he gave me the medication and explained in details my situation; And after he spent around 1 hour with me he charged me $0.00; I was insisting to pay for his time and his care but he had made his mind by NOT charging me anything and wishing me to feel better soon! I was speechless.. touched by his kindness & from his wonderful big heart of his! I believe that you have to be lucky enough to find this kind of service and i consider my self lucky that my family have Dr. Frank as a family dentistry! The entire stuff is exactly as Dr. Frank! really professional working with a compassion; My Best Regards to all stuff of Dr. Frank you guys have a wonderful Merry Christmas and a very happy and Healthier Holidays! Dr. Procopio truly understands his patients. He understands that there are many patients who feel anxious when theyre at the dentist (like me) and he does everything to make them feel comfortable. He comes in smiling, sometimes cracks a joke and he reassures the patient with constant communication. Informing them of what stage he is at in his work and how much more time is needed for him to finish. Im sure that being a dentist can be a stressful job but Dr. Procopio makes it look easy. In the many years that Ive been going to him, he has always made me feel better when leaving his office. Thank you to Dr Procopio and to all his wonderful staff.
