I have been going to Dove for over 15 years now and just last week I dropped off a pair of jeans and a white cotton shirt which I ask to be laundered and when I went to pick it up today my bill was $27 which made no sense for 2 garments. When asked the girl why my bill was so high all she said to me was she's only an employee and manager will be back in a month to explain. When I tried calling the head office there is no head office for a company that offers franchisees and are ISO registered which makes no sense again to me. Be careful when going to the dry cleaners as they will overcharge it without explaining anything

I have dealt with the folks at the Woodbridge location for over 5 years. They have never lost or damaged any of my clothes. Service is outstanding. it's run by the owner himself.

Brought my Burberry coat to be dry cleaned for the first time at the Oakville location and thought they would do a good job as their website gives the impression that they handle high end items with care. WAS I WRONG! Doesn't matter what location you use, they all go to the same plant for processing. My black coat came back all faded like it was pressed in high heat. The metal snaps left imprints through the fabric and the seams by the zipper and on the sleeves also left imprints. They came back to say that it was because the coat was old and thats why the fabric faded and that they had not pressed it (which is definitely a pile of BS). HELLO, a 2 yr old coat that is only worn in the fall is not that old and the fact that it has never been dry cleaned before means it's not from over dry cleaning or wear and tear. They offered to send it to their lab to be examined to prove to me that it's the fabric but I would have to pay the $300 lab fee. WTF??!!!!!! How do I know the results are legit as she said it had to be with the lab they deal with? They dont seem to care about losing customers as they did not offer to have it repaired like maybe picking up the cost of having it dyed back to black. I asked to speak to the CEO and the franchise owner said the CEO does not believe in talking to customers and will not call me. WARNING TO ALL: If you dont want to risk having your clothes damaged, DO NOT HAVE IT DRY CLEANED AT DOVE CLEANERS!!!
