I have used Omega Flames now for the second time. Melissa is such a pleasure to deal with and Ian has always delivered excellent service and explains every detail. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great quality service.

i would highly recommend Ian and Melissa who provided wonderful service. they were quick to answer all of my questions and concerns, they're pricing was very reasonable. we're delighted with our new gas fireplace.

Im so pleased with my lovely Valor Windsor Portrait Arch gas fireplace! Ian and his team were a pleasure to work with: pleasant and communicative -and the final result was beautiful. It was a challenging install due to the extra framing that had to be done before the engine unit could be installed but Ian offered skilled and knowledgeable advisement. Another company said there wasnt enough clearance for safe venting between my house and the neighbours, and couldnt install at all, but Ian knew the code and the specs on this unit very well, and so we could move forward with confidence. Omega wasnt the cheapest quote but also not the highest. I highly recommend Omega Flame, and will gladly do business with them again.
