I shopped online, ordered two lamps, only one delivered and when I called customer service they advised that their records show two were delivered. Why do I always have bad luck with UB. I love the product and keep coming back.

Had purchased an accent chair and decided we wanted a matching one. It was discontinued, however was assisted in finding one that was a floor model at another location in a different city. I live a few hours away but they were able to take my purchase over phone (Im an established customer), they wrapped it up and I was able to get someone to pick up for me same day.

Unfortunately the warranty doesnt cover much. Issues with fabric with a brand new custom sofa under a year and they dont follow up. Took 3+ calls and emails for them to say we wont do anything. Do not recommend.

I saw an item on sale online and when I called the store they were very accommodating and held it for me until I came to get it. The staff there are very warm and kind. I could spend all day in there its beautiful.
