Terrible experience. Dont use. They email you like mental with deals that arent really deals and then shipping takes forever and is dispatched in multiple shipments from different locations. Super shady. Waste of time, money and mental well being

Worst experience ever! Took over 6 weeks to get my problem resolved and get my money back. They reply to email 3-4-5 days later when they reply Really really tough to get someone on the phone. Have to call 10+ per day wont answer phone calls and wont return my calls. They are making promises they wont keep. I had to do the follow up or else they wouldnt have do anything. Worst customer service ever. Worst experience ever. Never again.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. They didn't pick up their phone for 2 weeks and the email threads are 5 days apart. Shoes don't fit and now they don't have the correct sizes but at the end of the day, I have lost confidence in their customer service that is well below adequate. At least the CEO Paul talks a good game.

Terrible customer service. Great until you have to make a return. Paid for membership for free shipping and returns. Will not return calls, emails or messages.

place is a complete joke, great marketing but they dont have the products, I made and order months ago and keep getting the same run around. Paul the owner doesnt reply I will never shop here again. I would strongly suggest to just pay the extra 10 dollars and go to a real outfitter
