I live NorthWest & needed some old single arm window operators. Just a phone call with Abigail and all questions answered very aptly & professionally. Going ahead with online order or might even visit the place someday. Update: Ordered on 20th and recd. on 21st April. Fast delivery. Very Quality product. Installed on windows and works perfect. resolved the issues of windows not closing at the last point. However, I do wish the kit should contain the screws as part of package. Luckily, I had outdoor deck screws and used them. Overall, very good experience.
