Well I booked an hotel reservation for someone else and up until this day I contacted booking .com on multiple occasions for my refund. The person was not allowed to check in due to not having $250 cash or a card . Instead of issuing my refund this establishment kept my $125 which was utterly unacceptable and disgusting. This is a brand new hotel. The rooms are on the smaller side but are well provisioned and decorated. There is 24/7 water and coffee available in the lobby. The south side of the building faces a busy street so if noise bothers you ask for a north facing room.

Overall quite a decent hotel for the price. Very clean and has amenities not seen elsewhere, like 24/7 sparkling water! BUT, Im taking off two full stars for one reason: $4.75/HOUR FOR Level 2 EV charging?!?!?!? That's borderline criminal. It would cost about $60 to charge my car with about $3 of electricity billed to them. Absolutely nuts.
