Vince and Adam were AMAZING!! I had suffered for a year in my new house with a big corporation dealing with my water heater and decided to go tankless thanks to Vince and Adams recommendation. Ive had the tankless system for a few months now and its the best decision weve made for our family of four in a very tall townhouse. No issues what so ever and Vince and Adam are real stand up guys, great customer service. They really care and dont give up until they figure out what the issue is. Worth every penny.

Vince and Adam at Chilli Mechanical, I am extremely pleased!! Thank you for my new furnace and humidifier. They were quick, efficient and very clean! I was able to have a quick turn around with Chilli and for that I would definitely use them again and be sure to recommend Chilli to anyone needing anything HVAC or gas related. I was able to call them up and within days they were at my house doing the install. Vince and Adam were such a pleasure to work with; responsive and prompt in customer service. Great work guys, thank you once again. I will definitely be calling Chilli for my next project.

We had a great experience with Chilli Mechanical. The initial tech who checked out our broken AC, Vince, and Adam were easy to work with and did a great job. We were provided all the information we needed to arrange the purchase and instillation of our new ac and furnace, and regarding maintenance. We were provided a variety of options and costs. Contact has been excellent and questions were responded to. I highly recommend and would use them again.
