Definitely deserve the 5 stars. My recent experience with the agent Sylvia was above and beyond. I run out of time because of holiday season and she assisted me on spot and enabled me to get my new car during the holiday.

Stay far far far away from this agent. You probably get a $(2-5) cheaper rate but when have any issue comes up they will make your life hell by ignoring/not listening your opinion/ on top of that they will hangup the phone on you. Several months ago I took insurance from this agent by calling his representative "Melissa". According to their request I provided her(Melissa) my direct deposit form(DDF) to give them the payment. But they were such an unprofessional team who wasn't able to take payment from my Checking account because they have entered wrong number. Due to that they gave me insurance cancellation notice letter. Upon receiving that letter I called them and made payment through VISA Master Card and told them you should be able to take money from my Debit card and subsequent payment will be auto payment from that given checking account. Note that, I took auto and tenant insurance together. As i said earlier i got insurance cancellation notice. So I didn't continue with the tenant insurance because I already moved out from that rental house. The time I was talking with her over the phone about the cancellation she just bumped up my auto insurance because i cancelled tenant (where i don't live any more) insurance upon receiving cancellation notice. As she increased my insurance I told her I may cancel the insurance. She replied, "tell me when you want to cancel". We ended the conversation that day. After few weeks later I called her several times to inform that I will cancel the insurance but she didn't answer my call nor called back. So I emailed her that I would like to cancel it end of this month. She replied me as "As per your request I have cancelled your auto policy XD****82 effective 05/07/2019 You will receive a confirmation in the mail. $472.29 is your cancellation penalty that will be withdrawn May 17 2019" Through out this conversation from the day I took this insurance she never say a word about cancellation fee but replied me with that huge amount cancellation fee after I decided to cancel it. Now it went to collection. and those people are calling me to pay $472.29 cancellation fee. On top of that whenever I call her to dispute about this issue she(Melissa) just hung-up on me.
