This company has gone downhill (BIG TIME) in recent years. They used to make you feel like a valued customer.....now, it's a take it or leave it attitude, with no options presented for insurance coverage. When I questioned an increase (that was approx. 15% more year over year, with NO claims ever made), I was told that is the best price. When I shopped around with a few other companies, I learned that I was actually able to save approx. 6%, with no decrease in coverage. That's a difference of approx. 21% from Heitmann to another company. Moral of the story.....shop around to ensure you're not being taken for a ride!!
