I like to say this company is the worst insurance that i have ever seen in my life , strongly bad management & not professional at all & disorganized & confused.. , they are only good to take your money and make you sign their paperwork to still your money legally.They can also put you in the worst financial situation which may takes you to cover in few years! Short story , Ive got my business policy with echelon through Ferrari insurance . You can not believe if i say they canceled my policy because they couldnt charge my credit card due to their mistake!! And they didnt even tell me ( call or mail or email.. or whatever) . So i was driving my vehicle with no insurance for more than two months! Until Ive got a call from echelon that you have your unpaid balance! Then i called Ferrari, they were totally confused. And funny part is ; after my phone call , they charge the same credit card that they were saying -we dont have any updated info in our system. So again i called them that how come you could charge me now but not before . All the infos are the same and i know money is there !? They answered again with excuses that its not us and its echelon!!!!! And finally they send my balance to collection agency???? Please go anywhere else to get your insurance and do not waist your time and money here with Ferrari insurance.
