        I have been trying to update my insurance for over a week. I've been promised a quote more than once, and instead have gotten zero communication. I've been completely ignored. They're wasting my time, and I'm rather sick of it. I shouldn't have to fight tooth and nail just to get a quote.

        ELENA ZISMAN is the worst. Our insurance was going up every year without no reason and she said it's ok as all insurance companies increased the price. We found another broker and our insurance goes down every year. Plus, she is rude and will never offer you the best solution in your specific situation what the other brokers offered us right away, she was pushing the highest price and lying instead.
