At Vantage Law, my parents and I were pleased to have Emma Doyle assigned to our file to close both on the selling of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. Accounting for the numerous banking and credit accounts that we had collectively to meet our lender's closing requirements required due diligence from Emma to make sure that she received the details from us that she needed. Her follow-ups were consistently professional and timely. We would often get responses from Emma on evenings and weekends, which gave us peace of mind that we were in good hands (to make sure that the closing process went smoothly) under tight timelines. When faced with an unexpected challenge with collecting the deposit proceeds after the closing date of our home sale, she was an excellent advocate for us while we worked to resolve the issue.
