At a difficult time doing a complicated process, Streetwise Mortgages got me the best rate and treated me, dare I say? Like family. Things got personal and intense and Streetwise never wavered. So they're not only excellent at working the rates and numbers, but also have good people skills - essential for when emotions get involved (which can happen when trying to keep your house). I've been working with Streetwise Mortgages and the company principal Dalia Barsoum for about 4 years. When I thought I had no other choice, their expertise steered me from selling property and abandoning my journey in real estate to showing me how to continue my journey and become richer in the process. Dalia and her team are responsive, communicative and are able to come up with unique options that in my experience are either not considered or not offered by others. Most recently, my Streetwise broker Twyla Ferrari was responsive. professional, extremely knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and simply a pleasure to work with. The matters I had to deal with were complex ( at least in my eyes) and very time sensitive. Twyla acted quickly while giving me several options and making me feel like I was not rushed. It is evident Streetwise works as a team to really make things happen. They continue to be an invaluable resource.
