Take your business elsewhere. Please. Absolute horrible experience with Tina and the rest of the team at Mortgage Alliance (Jason). They only look out for their own interest, refuse to hear out customers concerns and like to point the finger at other people instead of taking responsibility for their own errors. They will brush you off and blame you for their lack of professionalism. They will cause nothing but misery for you and your family, as that is all we went through in purchasing our first home.

Early November I made a phone call to Tina to ask a question if she could help me with a specific scenario! All it took was that one phone call and she took control of the whole situation and made it happen. A professional, polite, kind, educated woman who went over and above and took care of all my needs and asks! I have never ever dealt with anyone in any industry who was willing to help as much as Tina has.phone calls answered at all times, location accommodations, etc etc etc!!! I work in the finance industry and would only ever take my future business to Tina and she would be the one and only I would ever refer to anyone!
