WARNING!!!! Please consider using someone else for your mortgage needs. This is only my opinion , but Henriques personal credit and income completely disqualifies him as someone that should be giving any type of financial advice. His finances are in shambles and he repeatedly does not meet his financial obligations despite being given ample opportunities to do so. In an industry that highly values personal integrity, Henriques Levy simply does not measure up. Dont take my word for it, ask him yourself.

100% recommend working with Henriques. We reached out to Henriques in March 2021 after seeing a few of his videos online. Even though we are based in a different city than him, it always felt like we were sitting right there in his office. As first time home buyers, communication was important to us.
