Alex from LevelUp came highly recommended to us when we started the process of refinancing our home and he was nothing short of amazing. We have 3 young children and he took our calls late into the evenings to accommodate bed times, he was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, provided excellent customer service and most importantly gave us outstanding guidance during this process. My wife and I worked with Alex, and i can say it was an excellent experience. He put together a great deal for us and in a very timely fashion. Alex's knowledge of the industry is second to none. He also travelled to my home to finish the deal. As an out of province worker it is always hard to arrange meeting times but Alex was very accommodating and flexible. After contacting a few other brokers, Ken was the most with answers and offered a detailed action to help with our refinance requests. He explained all the necessary steps and requirements then put the entire process in motion. He kept us abreast of the timelines and all the actions being taken by the team of lawyers. The whole was completed within the scheduled closing date and all funds were transfered without a glich. All in all, he was very professional from his initial phone and text conversations, to visiting us with all the necessary paperwork. We're very happy with his dedication and taking us smoothly through the entire task of our refinancing. especially with marvelous interest rate he was able to attain for us.
