Had questions about refinancing a mortgage, Sonny was outstanding.. super knowledgable, answered my inquiries with care and explained everything in detail.. and gave me STRAIGHT forward mortgage solutions. Took a lot of stress off of my back. In the end I was very satisfied with the level of customer service and genuine care towards my inquiries and understanding. great experience all together, i would definitely work with direct mortgages again. I just wanted to say that Ive had the best experience with Sunny and his team. They are professional and hardworking, working round the clock just to get our home sold and also provide mortgage services. From staging to video/presentation and marketing, they know what to do and how to do. I am very impressed with this company and are my go to when buying/selling real estate.
