My wife and I recently bought our home and we were referred to GTA Loans by a friend of ours who had dealt with them. Jaime was a pleasure to deal with and got us a mortgage at a better rate than our bank. He got us a fixed rate mortgage with lower risk and basically the same features as our bank. Overall a good experience.

I had a hard time getting a mortgage from my bank. I was along time customer but in a new career industry not quite established yet in my field.
