BEWARE!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON. I WOULD GIVE IT 0 STARS IF I COULD. After they botched my nails (put on too many coats, looked clumpy, had bubbles, got nail polish on my skin) they laughed at me when I politely told them to fix it. They said they couldn't see the problem. When I complained, they started talking about me to other clients right in front of me. Terrible customer service!!!! Made me super uncomfortable. This is the first and the last time I will be going here.

I booked an appointment for me and my sister and we had a terrible experience. We told them when we booked 3 days ago AND upon arriving that we wanted shellac on our hands and feet, no pedicure/ manicure. I guess there was a misunderstanding because they thought we were only doing our hands. Upon realizing they misunderstood us, they were very rude with their response. Sighing, arguing and complaining to us, insisting that we only said hands. It was shocking to see their reaction and made us extremely uncomfortable. Once they finished, we stepped out into the sun to realize they botched our nails. They looked extremely clumpy and bubbly. We went back in and told them what was wrong, and said they couldnt see the issue. One even laughed at us when my sister pointed out that her nail felt rough to the touch. They did retouch my sisters nails (hers were a lot worse than mine) however, the entire experience was disgusting. Im not one to complain or leave bad reviews but I had to with this one. We will not be going back.
